How IT Recruitment Works

I was sent this job spec earlier today. It reads:

"I have an urgent requirement for a developer who
specialises in the following:

ASP.NET 2.0
C#
SQL Server 2005
Java
Oracle
SharePoint
Flash/ActionScript 2.0
Web Services
XML
DHTML
AJAX
UML
COM+
VB 6.0
C++/ATL
MS Excel/VBA

Ideally French-speaking, but not essential."

They need someone to start on Monday...
